At the September edition of the “Baracca e Burattini” party children are invited to harvest and crush grapes. Armed with crates, the little grape pickers set off for the vineyard and start to pick the grapes, under the supervision of the adults.

When the harvest (but not their enthusiasm) is done, they go back to the cellar to crush the grapes ... strictly done with their feet!

This is the most fun part and the children really get involved in what they are doing: everyone in the ‘navassa’ (the container once used for crushing grapes) to tread the grapes to get some must to take home..
