The Baraccone Winery believes in the land in which it works and this is why it mainly produces traditional wines that the land makes best. The grape varieties are typical of the Colli Piacentini area, prevalently Barbera and Croatina red grapes (the latter is locally known as Bonarda) for making Gutturnio DOC, which Baraccone makes in three types: sparkling, superiore and riserva. The different vineyards where the grapes are grown and the different vinification techniques enable us to make wines that are quite different from each other though they have the same name.
